Often drone surveys are carried out by companies specialising in solely drone surveys, or companies with a vested interests. Dabinett differ as we have invested in the equipment to undertake surveys and critically we can give advice which is unrivalled. This includes drones and electronic leak detection kit as a means of non-destructive testing.

We use drones for not only roof surveys, but also inspect facades and inaccessible parts of buildings. Inspections have also been carried out internally within particularly large buildings.

Regularly roof surveys are carried out for block management purposes, to provide advice on the condition of roofs. This may be due to problems with the roof at the time, or as part of planned maintenance for sinking funds.
