James Graham, Dabinett Chartered Surveyors, recently signed off practical completion of the scheme involving the remodelling of the reception areas to a school.  The project management and design commission included the rebuilding of the front elevation to provide a more thermally efficient system of cladding and to enhance the aesthetics and renewal of a portion of the roof.

The works undertaken included the initial feasibility and design of a new reception area to make the school a more welcoming environment for visitors. The external alterations and modifications required full planning permission and building control sign off which were all achieved by Dabinett.

James Graham said, “the projects have offered best value of money through competitive tendering and careful design and specification.
