Dabinett was recently commissioned to carry out a Building Reinstatement Cost Assessment (BRCA) for a mixed-use property in Oldham. Constructed with a steel portal frame, the property features metal cladding on the exterior and internal blockwork masonry walls. Inside the warehouse, storage racking and a mezzanine floor supported by metal columns and beams provide additional storage space.
