What was the Problem?
The building has an EPDM roof, designed as a ‘cold roof’ system. However, some important components of the roof construction were missing or done incorrectly. This caused water to get in and damage the apartments inside. Because of past repairs that didn’t work, it was important for us to carefully check and find out exactly what was going wrong.
