Project Management of Housing Association Works

Project Overview

Over the course of the past couple of years, we have been working with a residential housing provider to upgrade their building stock over ten projects, totally over £2 million over the course of the last two years.  The money available has gone further and achieved more through Dabinett’s advice and knowledge.

The projects have varied in size and complexity, from re-roofing projects to external façade refurbishment projects and, internal upgrades of kitchens and bathrooms. The projects have been completed to great success to the satisfaction of our client.

Project Requirement

Over the course of several years and a number of projects Dabinett have provided a full Project Management Service.
