Project Requirement

Instructed on the 8th August 2017 to complete a Summary Report of a two-storey detached Georgian style building prior to purchase. In addition to the main property, there was a detached garage with accommodation above and a detached gym building.

Project Outcome

On the 11th August 2017, the client received the completed Summary Report from Dabinett. In accordance with our scope of service, this focussed on the roof, walls and floor structures of each building. The report included a concise description of these elements, an explanation of any defects, the severity, and details of recommended maintenance works to keep the property in good repair. Annotated photographs were also appended.
