Warrington Business Park Acquisition Survey

Dabinett undertook a quickfire full acquisition survey of a business park.  The building survey was of three detached office buildings with a combined floor area of 2700 m².

The surveys provided a detailed structural report together with budget costs for repair works needed in the future.

In addition, Building Reinstatement Cost Assessments were produced with respect to the insurance value.
